Regional Sales Manager

Our company has experienced phenomenal growth, and we have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic international sales team.
Five years sales or working experience in the water industry would be a pre-requirement.
A Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Sales Management, from a post secondary institution would be an asset, but not mandatory.
The Regional Sales Manager will be required to support and motivate, Independent Representatives / Sales Agents, produce sales expectations in the assigned North American territory. Future, international sales opportunities may be possible.
Duties would include, (but not be restricted to) in-field technical sales calls, training seminars, application advice, trade show support, dispute resolution, field start up and commissioning, trouble shooting, competitive intelligence and growth focused territory management. A good working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel is required
The Regional Sales Manager will work out of our manufacturing facility in Surrey, BC, Canada. Out of town travel requirements would be approximately 18 – 24 weeks per year, including some weekend travel.
Salary is commensurate with experience, an attractive incentive, and benefits package is included.
