SCADA or Local Control of Model 2SC-PCO Dual Solenoid Valves for Single Process
The SINGER VALVE model OCP Series is a single process loop control panel designed to complement the Singer Model 2SC-PCO Dual Solenoid Control Valve. Range of application is dependent on the PROCESS VARIABLE (feedback) transmitter used, which includes (but
not limited to) common automatic control valve functions with conventional pilots.
Model OCP control panel reads and compares the process feedback (PROCESS VARIABLE) 4 to 20mA signal to the desired setting (SETPOINT) 4 to 20mA signal. Model OCP then accurately positions the valve to bring the PROCESS VARIABLE towards the SETPOINT until they coincide.Singer Model OCP series of control panels are available with local or remote SETPOINT adjustment (suffix-LR), auxiliary power supply (suffix -300PS), and/or separate SETPOINT and PROCESS VARIABLE scaled signal readout (suffix -2D). |
