The model X107 valve position indicator is designed to provide direct indication of the diaphragm/inner valve assembly position. The stainless steel indicator rod is pinned or threaded directly to the main valve stem, depending on size. All main valve stems 2-1/2” (65mm) and larger are pre-drilled ready to accept this option. The indicator stem moves up and down within its protective hexagonal brass housing. A clear pyrex sight glass with o’ring seals provides for viewing from two sides. A brass pet cock is provided to purge any air that may become trapped within the bonnet and stem cap. Singer main valves are designed with a separate stem cap that makes installation of the X107 safe and simple to do in the field. Maximum Working Pressure: 400 psi (28 bar).
