Stephen has over 17 years in the fluid power industry with a background in Civil / Manufacturing Engineering based in Vancouver, BC. Within the 17 years in the fluid power industry, he worked for Parker for nearly 12 of them, holding many roles such as a Territory Manager, National Automation / Fluid Controls and Filtration Group Applications Manager and the National Product Manager. Most recently, he was the Area Sales Manager for Norgren-IMI for the past 4 years with responsibility in both Western Canada and the North Western USA.

Jody has a wealth of knowledge in water which he has brought with him from the irrigation industry. His experience and background has included golf irrigation contracting, irrigation wholesale distribution in British Columbia Canada, and more recently working with the well known irrigation manufacturer, Rain Bird International. Jody was Rain Bird Regional Manager for Canada, responsible for all sales in the country with full responsibility for their landscape irrigation products.

Wes spent extensive time in the industrial machinery industry working with and training reps on technical sales and product demonstrations.

Business Development and Marketing Manager

Since 2002, Mark has served as our account sales manager as well as the sales manager for our representative firm in British Columbia. He is a certified trainer with the B.C. Environmental Operator Certification Program and has run Levels 1 and 2 Control Valve Training Courses throughout B.C. He has also run operator training sessions certified by BCWWA, New York AWWA and Virginia Rural Water and, as a member of Singer’s Operator Training Programs, he runs operator training sessions around the world. Mark studied mechanical engineering in the U.K.

He acts as a consultant to our regional representatives in South East Asia, providing them with technical support as well as conducting seminars throughout the region. He is born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and he has a doctorate in mechanical engineering from Loughborough University in the U.K.

Middle East and Gulf Cooperation Council Manager

Ramzi joined Singer Valve as an inside sales representative in 1995. After serving as manager of the Latin American market, he is currently overseeing sales operations in the Middle East and the Gulf Cooperation Council regions. Ramzi provides technical support, conducts training and oversees every aspect of sales and administration of Canadian National Valves, Singer Valve’s office in the United Arab Emirates that serves Arab-speaking clients.

Account Sales Manager – Latin America and Spain

Originally from Venezuela, Alejandro moved to Canada in 2002 to join the Singer Valve team. He manages and provides technical support and training to all of our Spanish-speaking sales representatives. Alejandro is a mechanical engineer by profession. He holds diplomas in Executive General Management and Sales and Marketing from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.

General Operations Manager – Charlotte, North Carolina

Mark has extensive knowledge of installation, start-up and specifying automatic control valves for a wide variety of applications for potable, reclaimed and waste water with control valves ranging through 48” in size. Mark has more than 11 years of experience in the municipal water/waste water industry and has worked domestically and internationally with Non-Revenue Water (NRW) water loss leakage pressure management programs.
